How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. You can book your storage space and move in directly through our website, or contact our team and we'll send you a secure move-in link by email or SMS. Once your registration is complete, payment has been received, and your ID has been verified, we'll provide your gate access PIN and a site map showing your storage space. Simply bring your own padlock and you're ready to move in.

What can’t I put into storage?

For safety and compliance reasons, you cannot store flammable materials, dangerous goods, perishable items, stolen property, illegal goods, or environmentally hazardous substances within your storage space.

While insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend that all customers insure their stored belongings. In many cases, your existing insurer can extend coverage to items in storage, often at little or no additional cost. Contact your insurance provider to discuss your options.

How secure is my space?

Your storage space is secured with your own padlock, ensuring only you have access to your belongings. The facility is protected by secure perimeter fencing, electronic gate access with unique PIN codes, and 24/7 camera surveillance throughout the site for added peace of mind.

Is there a minimum storage period?

We have a minimum charge period of one month; however, you are welcome to use your storage space for a shorter period if required. We simply ask that you provide 14 days' notice before moving out.

All storage fees are paid in advance via automatic debit from your nominated bank account or credit card each month. A refundable one-month security bond is also required at move-in and will be returned when you vacate the space, provided it is left clean and empty.
